What Have ebay done to Online Videos

Don’t know if you’ve noticed but ebay seem to have put the block on videos in their auctions. By videos I mean user-generated videos promoting the products on auctions. They are very powerful and its a little disappointing to see that ebay seem to have put a blanket block on using them.
I have used auction videos several times now and they are very quick to drive responses and often result in higher final prices. I have writen to ebay but no news yet. Are there any other ebayers out there who have noticed this, or I am I doing something wacky?
