At a time when I should be considering the pipe and slippers, I find myself absolutely fascinated and consumed by the internet, particularly with respect to its impact on Business and the business owner.
Like many others, my life has been touched by tragedy; the loss of our son and great friend Jason in 1995 was my darling wife Rose’s and my worst nightmare -visit his site at www.jasonmcroy.com - its a touching story.
Even today the deep loss pervades our thoughts every moment. Jason is an enormous inspiration for us to carry on and we like to think he’s around to keep an eye on us.
Napoleon Bonaparte called the English a nation of shopkeepers; I like to think that we are all now electronic shopkeepers, a Global shopping society where even the smallest shop can make a good living.
It has been my privilege to work as a Consultant with hundreds of Businesses in the UK helping them to make positive impact on their bottom lines through the adoption of ebusiness techniques and methodology.
The journey is just beginning.
My life has been fascinating, full of joy and sorrow.
If I have learned one thing in life it is to enjoy each day as if it were your last and cherish your family. You never know when life calls time out.
